Refund Policy

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance in order to reserve your time.

Because each session requires preparation, energetic focus, and a dedicated space in the calendar, the following policies help ensure that everyone’s time is respected.

Cancellations

Cancellations and No Shows

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may choose either:

• a full refund, or
• rescheduling your session for another available time.

Late Cancellations

If a session is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the session fee is non-refundable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

However, if something unexpected arises, you are welcome to reach out and we may reschedule the session once, depending on availability.

No Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify in advance, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Completed Sessions

Once a session has taken place and the reading has been delivered, all services are final and non-refundable.

Each session represents the time, preparation, and energetic work dedicated to your reading.

A Note on Readings

Astrology and tarot readings are offered as intuitive guidance and reflection, not as guaranteed outcomes or predictions. Every individual’s path and interpretation of guidance may vary.
